Facebook Users Troll Anti-LGBTQ Politician With Rainbow Button
- Last year, former Alabama judge Roy Moore got suspended for telling his state's judges to ignore Obergefell v. Hodges, which made same-sex marriage legal, and deny same-sex couples marriage licenses. During this year's Pride Month, as Moore runs for the state Senate, Facebook users are getting back at him – with rainbows, AL.com reports. .
Facebook recently added a rainbow reaction button for Pride Month, so in addition to reacting to posts with thumbs-up, hearts, and emoji, you can add some color to them. LGBTQ people and their allies are taking advantage of this to flood Moore's Facebook page with rainbows. They've also been commenting on his posts with pride flag emojis.
